Join me for a transformative 21-day Yoga Nidra Challenge that will help you relax, rejuvenate, and find inner peace. Each day, you will experience a guided Yoga Nidra session to enhance your well-being and mindfulness. Take this journey to unwind, de-stress, and connect with your inner self. Our journey together begins on 1 February 2025 and ends on 21 February 2025. Each day you will receive a Yoga Nidra recording, journal prompt and self-reflection quiz for you to complete. Once you have completed this you will gain access to the next days content. Upon completion of the entire 21 days you will receive a certificate of completion AND some deep inner peace :-).
